Policies and Procedures
Running Late:
Tardy guests can change a whole day not just for me but the clients who fall after you. I ask that you please shoot me a text to let me know you are running behind & stay in contact with me about your situation.
Please note that if you care more than 15 mins late you could be asked to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations:
Life happens, I get that.
If you need to cancel your appointment I ask that you please do so at minimum 48 hours in advance.
Last minute cancellations could result in a required future deposit before your next appointment.
NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED.
Please remember to always put your health and mine first and cancel your appointment.
If you are sick, running fever, or have a sick child at home with major illnesses I could take home to my family.
Additional Guests:
With health and safety my first priority I ask that you don't bring your children to your appointments if they are not getting serviced.
